Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Times
Once shipped, most orders are delivered within:

You will receive a tracking email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once the correct address is provided. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@nattypaw.com with your order number and photo(s) if applicable. We will assist with a replacement or resolution.
