We want both you and your dog to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.
For health and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded.

To request a return, please contact us at support@nattypaw.com with your order number.

Returns sent to any other address cannot be processed.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund once the return is processed.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear after processing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo of the issue.
We will send a replacement at no cost to you.

Subscriptions

You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time before the next billing date.
If your subscription order has already been processed, changes will apply to the next delivery.
